Overview

Tevlëm-ithe Bî was founded durring the early 15th century in summer of the year 1433, by Lithuineth Zegfëm. The establishment of Tevlëm-ithe Bî suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Tevlëm-ithe Bî which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Tevlëm-ithe Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Tevlëm-ithe Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Tevlëm-ithe Bî is is constructed arround a series of broad packed earth mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Tevlëm-ithe Bî weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. Tevlëm-ithe Bî's budget focused millitary grade defenses are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

Tevlëm-ithe Bî has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Tevlëm-ithe Bî’s streets. Yet, deep down, you know this atmosphere is a carefully created illusion. You can see the ocasional seam in their tapestry. You’re not sure what has them doing their best to act so carefree, but act carefree they do.

Cultural Notes

A substantial minority of the locals are descended from foreigners alien to their local neighbors. They may have been religious exiles, economic migrants, indigenous locals surrounded by the existing polity, or a foreign settlement conquered within the relatively recent past. The locals may not be enthusiastic about being ruled by others not of their kind, and their neighbors may look askance at the way foreign customs or even laws may be maintained.

Tevlëm-ithe Bî's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..
